Scope
The purpose of this project is to perform repairs to Building 91027. Repairs will include demolition of partition walls in Room 102 and 107, replacement of all flooring, exterior doors, mechanical HVAC systems, light systems, ceiling tiles, etc. Project will construct permanent walls with doors in Rooms 102A, 107A, B, C, D, E, F and G, construct two new office areas in Classroom 120, replace partitions, sinks, water closets and urinals in restrooms, complete painting of interior walls, doors and frames,
complete roofing replacement.

3. Install new control panel with Lon works display in mechanical room
4. Install I-lon 600 router (or equal) in building comm. closet.
5. Install new control wiring as required to implement control sequencing as shown on the plans and to allow building control system to be integrated to the UMCS.

Scope
The purpose of this project is to construct a new 940 square foot addition to the Abrams Gym. The work includes the demolition of select mechanical systems and the installation of a new system to air condition the existing exercise room(B100) and the new addition. The existing room B100 shall receive new flooring,ceiling, lighting and paint. The new addition shall be constructed on a slab on grade with structural CMU walls, structural steel members and steel trusses. The interior work shall include flooring, sheetrock walls, suspended ceilings,lighting, electrical and new windows. There shall be a new 400 amp electrical panel located in the new addition and connected to a new main panel that will also be replaced in the mechanical room as part of this project.

Scope
Contractor shall provide the government 12,000 sf admin space on Engineer Drive. The space shall be located on the west side of the parking lot that facilitates buildings 4631,4633, 4634, and 4636. The building shall be freshly painted, new carpet, cleaned and all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems in operating condition .

Scope
1. ALL Track Repair Work shall be in accordance with the UFC 4-860-03, Rail RoadTrack and Maintenance and Safety Standards dated 13 FEB 2008.
2. The contractor shall elevate to level and re-tamp approximately 95,000 linear feet of various rating standard gauge existing railroad track.
3. The contractor shall re-gauge approximately 675 linear feet of 115 lbs/ yd rail by removing the existing track spikes, plugging the old spike holes and re-spike with new track spikes. The gauge of the rail must be brought into the specification called for in the UFC 4-860-03 dated 13 FEB 2008.
4. The contractor shall restore and repair by welding 8 existing Frogs to ensure frog points and frog tread surfaces are within specification tolerances as described in Table 8-1 of the UFC 4-860-03 13 Feb 2008.
5. All track repair work shall be subject to inspection and validation by the Fort HoodTrack Inspector and DPW COR.
6. The contractor shall not perform work within 25LF of the BNSF Railroad Line.
7. The contractor shall clean, adjust and lubricate all 31 switches the tamper passes through.

Scope
The Contractor shall secure the perimeter around buildings 42003, 42004, 42005, 42006 and 42007with a security chain link fence, and seal all doors and windows in accordance with the project scope,construction drawings, plans and specifications. The contractor shall also seal all doors and windows in accordance with the drawings.

The purpose of this project is to construct new offices in buildings 278 and 279 per the attached drawings. Project also includes adding batt insulation above the ceiling and additional layer of sheetrock to walls as shown on attached drawings to limit noise transfer. Contractor shall construct ADA ramp from south parking lot to west side of Bldg 278.

The purpose of this project is to construct a new Air Assault Climbing Tower and Archery Range complete with security fencing.

The project includes converting the previous West Fort Hood fitness center to battalion headquarters for 504th MI. The facility will support approximately 75 personnel. The project includes adding a second floor to the basketball court area. There will be 40 office set ups on each floor in the main areas and 10 offices will be added to the first floor.The exterior block walls will be sealed and repainted.
The exterior walls will be fur out and spray in foam insulation placed. New windows will be added throughout the building in accordance to ATFP standards. The architectural finishes of the building shall be replaced or repaired to include the flooring, wall coverings, base board and ceiling finish. A new fire protection system will be installed including a wet pipe fire sprinkler system, fire alarm and all emergency and egress lighting and hard ware.
The fixtures in the latrines will be replaced with low flow fixtures. Replace the HVAC system, install a new chiller, air handler and ductwork.The electrical panels shall be replaced; circuits will be rerun to provide for existing and new offices. New energy efficient lighting in accordance with IES standards will be added along with motion detector switches to all offices. Two rooms for NIPR and SIPR will be constructed.The gutters shall be replaced and a KNOX box will be installed to the exterior of the facility. |
